This charity collection of short stories is over three-hundred pages long and features individual animals adopted from a fictional shelter named Spice Island Animal Shelters. These shelters are worldwide. All proceeds raised will benefit the Citrus County Animal Shelter which is located in Inverness, Florida.

I'm a huge animal lover. My fur and feather family consists of a black Lab mix, three cats, and a yellow nape Amazon parrot. All of my family's pets were either rescues or adopted from shelters or an animal organization. 

This anthology has such a wide assortment of both animals and their human owners. My story, The Reunion of Broken Souls, is a second chance romance and the animals my main female character adopted are a dog and cat (they're pictured on the cover above).
